Event Details

Join us on June 21st for an evening of cocktails and great food at Casel Marche! Prepared by six of the city's favourite chefs paired with six great local food bloggers, they are coming together to create some unique and delicious dishes that emphasis back-to-basics cooking in your kitchen.

The five chefs creating dishes for the evening will be...

Aiding the chefs in preparing this creative dishes will be the following talented local foodies...

Wine pairings will accompany each dish, as perfectly selected by J. Webb Wine Merchants. The evening will also include a silent auction, recipe downloads for all six dishes featured throughout the night, music and, of course, fun times all around!

All proceeds go to support Start From Scratch and our Western Canadian expansion starting in Fall, 2012.

Start From Scratch

Start From Scratch is a local cooking initiative determined to help university students kick boxed-dinners to the curb. This free 10-week cooking program starts with the basics and works through a curriculum that equips each participant with kitchen-survival skills to last a lifetime. Founded by Dan Clapson in 2011 and co-directed by Jacinthe Koddo.
